You can delete your Trimbo account and all data linked to it at any time.
In the app
- Open Trimbo and go to the Account tab.
- Tap Delete account.
- Confirm with your password, or by typing the word shown on screen if you signed in with Google or Apple.
Your account is deleted right away.
Without the app
Email support@trimbo.app from the email address linked to your account, with the subject "Delete my account". We may ask you to confirm the request from that address. We delete your account within 30 days and confirm by email.
What we delete
- All your projects and their files: videos, photos, audio, transcripts, edits and rendered videos
- Your profile: name, profile photo, settings and prompt history
- Your conversations with the creator tools
- Your plan information and usage counts
- Your account itself, and your Apple sign-in link if you used it
What can remain for a short time
- Backups: copies can remain in our database backups for up to 7 days, after which they are overwritten.
- AI providers: Anthropic deletes the data it processed for us within 30 days, unless it must keep it longer to investigate misuse or by law. Groq does not store it.
- Proof of deletion: we keep a record with your former account ID and the time of deletion for 3 years, so we can show that we handled your request correctly. It does not contain your email address or any of your content.
Subscriptions
Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription bought through the App Store or Google Play. Cancel it in your store settings first.
